Job Summary

Oversee and optimize group cash flow management by building accurate cash liquidity forecasts across jurisdictions, monitoring daily cash positions, and identifying cash flow risks. Serve as the primary contact for banking partners, maintain bank account and payment processes, and support fee/service negotiations while ensuring banking compliance. Improve payment workflows and lead treasury projects using NetSuite, Tableau, Workday, and TMS, reporting on cash insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for group companies across jurisdictions and monitor daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity.
•Identify and mitigate cash flow risks and collaborate with the finance team to optimize working capital.
•Manage relationships with banking partners, including maintaining bank account structures, payment processes, and negotiating banking fees and services.
•Oversee and improve payment processing workflows, ensuring secure, efficient processing and identifying automation opportunities.
•Use NetSuite, Tableau, Workday, and TMS to build reports and dashboards and implement/optimize TMS and Workday functionalities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 41,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Proven experience in treasury and/or cash flow planning management.
•Strong understanding of banking relationships and payment processes.
•Proficiency with NetSuite, Tableau, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
