Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee implementation of the retail management strategy across assigned retail assets.
  • •Own detailed P&L statements for each asset and consolidate financials for review with the Head of Asset Management and Operations.
  • •Conduct financial analysis (IRR, ROI, ROE) for underperforming assets and acquisition opportunities to support feasibility and go/no-go decisions for disposals.
  • •Manage delivery of assets in the growth pipeline, including new development and transformation.
  • •Set and monitor monthly operational and financial targets and asset performance/customer satisfaction KPIs in collaboration with Retail Leasing and Property Management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years managing retail asset properties with annual revenue exceeding AED 1Bn.
  • •4+ years in a managerial position.
  • •Experience in retail management (malls and community retail).
  • •Strong exposure to the GCC real estate market.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or economics.
