Lead ADESA’s West Region auction operations by directing a team of General Managers across approximately 10 locations. •Advise senior leaders by gathering and analyzing business, financial, and operational information; use data to recommend improvements.
•Mentor and provide accountability to General Managers, including succession planning, coaching, performance management, and change execution across locations.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (or be open to relocating to an area within these time zones).
•Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and work variable schedules as necessary.
•Minimum 8 years leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment.
•Strong understanding and track record of leading operations, specifically Auction Operations, and applying operational principles (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) as beneficial.
