Manager, Subcontracts

Lead end-to-end subcontract development for current and future programs, sourcing, negotiating, and executing complex proposals while ensuring FAR/DFARs compliance. You’ll manage and grow a team of supply chain professionals and coordinate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, legal, procurement, and program management to develop SOWs, manage SDRLs, and monitor subcontractor performance through acceptance and closeout. Drive improvements to Anduril’s subcontracting process with high-visibility ownership.
