Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • •Source and manage subcontract proposals from evaluation through negotiation, award, execution, administration, and closeout.
  • •Develop Supplier Statement of Work (SOW) and manage SOW/SDRL content aligned to negotiated subcontract technical scope.
  • •Monitor subcontractor performance, support source selection, and review subcontractor documents/deliverables including product acceptance.
  • •Conduct subcontract technical reviews and manage compliance with government requirements, including cost and schedule variance investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in law, accounting and finance, or a related compliance field.
  • •5+ years of experience managing high-complexity, full-life-cycle subcontracts in multi-discipline programs.
  • •1+ year of experience in a leadership position.
  • •Experience with FAR/DFAR, CAS, and ITAR compliance.
  • •Ability to travel up to 30% and be eligible for a U.S. secret clearance.
