You’ll greet visitors, answer questions, assist with seating and ticket entry, support accessibility needs, and direct guests throughout the venue. You’ll learn multiple usher roles, maintain venue readiness and cleanliness, follow venue policies and day-of-show details, and handle guest concerns while escalating issues to management as needed.
