Monitor and analyze merchant accounts in risk scoring and AML monitoring systems to identify anomalous activity, reduce fraud risk, and minimize losses. Conduct fraud investigations, perform client outreach, and support loss-mitigation and recovery efforts. Analyze loss events and portfolio trends, provide recommendations to management, and coordinate with internal and external partners, including a chargeback processor. Excel in documentation and risk-factor reviews to limit corporate exposure.
