Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the UI/UX across our product ecosystem: Design and refine interfaces for robot-facing displays, customer-facing applications, culinary brands, and internal tools to ensure a cohesive and intuitive experience.
  • •Design System Management: Develop, document, and maintain the Lab37 design system, visual identity, and brand guidelines for consistency across platforms.
  • •Lead User Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights and ground the product roadmap in real-world needs.
  • •Create Design Artifacts: Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed user flows with clear specifications for engineering.
  • •Facilitate Cross-functional Execution: Partner with product managers, engineers, and users to communicate trade-offs and drive design decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
  • •7-10 years focused on product design for complex hardware/software systems, enterprise tools, or similar domains
  • •Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma and generative AI design tools
  • •Proven track record of shipping and iterating on end-to-end user experiences with measurable results
  • •Strong portfolio showcasing experience across the full design process: research, ideation, prototyping, and final visual design
