Job Summary

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end full-stack solutions for partner device experiences and partner payment/UI capabilities. You’ll revamp and enhance web applications to improve reliability and usability, driving new solutions from requirements through system design and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment, troubleshoot complex microservice systems, and modernize legacy systems using paved-path technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end full-stack solutions spanning backend services/integrations and modern web UIs.
•Drive technical solutions from requirements and system design through deployment, collaborating with other engineering teams as needed.
•Revamp and enhance existing tools and applications to improve reliability, usability, and alignment with current technologies.
•Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to scope problems, shape product decisions, and define solutions.
•Streamline and simplify user experiences for internal users and partners while maintaining high engineering standards for code quality and testing.

Key Requirements

•Solid backend development experience with JVM languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin) or Python, C#, or Ruby, including building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and working with databases.
•Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern UI frameworks, with React required.
•Experience with testing frameworks and tools, shipping high-quality, well-tested code.
•Ability to operate and troubleshoot complex systems built with microservice architecture and maintain/improve legacy systems.
•Comfort learning and using in-house software framework/components/services to build solutions effectively.
