Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the success of power IP and features in AMD products through leadership and coordination, spanning pre-silicon architecture to post-silicon delivery.
  • •Resolve technical dependencies and ensure schedule commitments across multiple teams and functional areas.
  • •Collaborate with architecture, design, and validation teams to deliver Xen virtualization and real-time Linux implementations.
  • •Provide hands-on engineering input to kernel, driver, and system software development, including debugging and performance tuning.
  • •Influence product direction and roadmaps through technical leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,103,450 - 4,433,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Embedded Linux system software / kernel driver development.
  • •Strong proficiency in C and Linux kernel debugging.
  • •Hands-on Xen virtualization experience: Dom0 kernel, drivers, and I/O virtualization concepts; DomU integration and guest driver considerations.
  • •Strong understanding of real time Linux fundamentals: determinism vs throughput, latency and jitter sources and mitigation.
  • •Experience with Yocto BSPs (kernel config, recipe integration, reproducible builds)
