Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions including payroll, taxes, bank fees, and treasury payments.
  • •Manage entity funding activities (approvals/callbacks), capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding/settlement oversight.
  • •Support daily cash operations including cash handling oversight, bank account reconciliation, and account configuration.
  • •Coordinate audit support and ensure compliance activities including FBAR compliance and restricted account/LOC monitoring.
  • •Own global account and exchange management (opening/closing accounts, KYC, signatory updates, user access management) and troubleshoot bank portal access via JIRA.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
  • •Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
  • •Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with GTreasury or Kyriba (implementing or using) is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • •Analytical, proactive, organized, and able to lead with data while influencing cross-functional partners.
