Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish SOPs and delivery standards for the three FBT handover nodes, including labeling, quantity, and palletization.
  • •Design wave synchronization rules, cut-off times, and lane-specific SLA targets; manage sorting center inbound appointment processes.
  • •Build KPI dashboards for OT rate, sorting accuracy, damage rate, quantity discrepancy, tracking gap, and drive systems integration for real-time scan visibility.
  • •Implement tiered alerting (Yellow/Orange/Red) and deliver periodic speed analysis reports to identify delay nodes and lanes.
  • •Develop exception-handling SOPs, run root-cause analyses (PDCA, 5-Why, Fishbone), perform on-site quality audits, and close the improvement loop.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
  • •5+ years in e-commerce logistics/supply chain operations or quality management, including at least 2 years in warehouse-transportation handover or line-haul management.
  • •Capability to design end-to-end processes and develop SOPs, with familiarity in wave management and inbound appointment logic.
  • •Proficient in Excel for data analysis and dashboard building; SQL or Python skills preferred.
  • •Strong PDCA, Six Sigma, 5-Why, and Fishbone-based quality analysis, plus cross-functional coordination to drive closure under exceptions.
