Key Responsibilities

  • •Pull and issue materials, restock lab areas, transfer materials between sites and with 3PLs, and quarantine nonconforming inventory while completing ERP transactions.
  • •Verify inventory integrity by confirming item number, description, unit of measure, and bin location; maintain accurate ERP records.
  • •Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts for internal and external audits, investigate discrepancies, and help meet cycle count accuracy and scrap rate targets.
  • •Follow the Kanban system to replenish inventory in proper quantities, fulfill emergency material requests, and communicate low/out-of-stock items to planners.
  • •Backfill receiving coordinator duties as needed, assist with year-end physical inventories (including holiday work), maintain a tidy inventory area, resolve internal customer concerns, and support continuous improvement projects while following EH&S procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •At least one year of inventory control experience in a biopharma (preferred), distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and ability to use spreadsheets and word processing tools.
  • •Experience using ERP software, preferably Oracle Cloud.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate a manual and electric pallet jack.
