Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure deals by understanding impacts to ACV/ARR/iACV, internal treatment, best solutions, utilization of programs, and guardrails.
  • •Facilitate strategic deals by coordinating related parties, driving next steps, and handling gaps and escalations.
  • •Manage custom agreements end to end, negotiate with customers, draft key business language, and follow internal systems and processes.
  • •Support sales in customer-facing negotiations using strong knowledge of Cisco and Splunk buying programs.
  • •Provide sales training and enablement on deal structure, programs, and related pricing as an advisor to sales leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of strategic deal management experience supporting sales and adhering to programmatic company guardrails in a fast-growing software enterprise.
  • •Expertise in Cisco and Splunk buying programs, including transactional health considerations and internal treatment.
  • •Strong articulation and communication skills to interface, influence, and work with individuals across all organizational levels.
  • •Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and support business needs outside standard working hours.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; experience in sales, financial planning and analysis, or sales operations analysis preferred; MBA a plus.
