Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow Bump in Portugal, leading content and creator efforts for the Portuguese market
  • •Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads people want to watch
  • •Build and manage a pipeline of Portuguese creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
  • •Write briefs, give notes, and support external creators with feedback
  • •Collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product in the Paris office; join brainstorms and support Portugal-focused launches and activations

Key Requirements

  • •1–5+ years creating short-form content (brand/agency/influencer/creator), with portfolio quality over title
  • •Experience making ad content, especially UGC-style content
  • •Experience managing creators and/or providing creative feedback that improves performance
  • •Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Portuguese creator landscape
  • •Portuguese and English proficiency, including having lived in Portugal and willingness to work in person in Paris
