Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •10–15 years of relevant experience in a GDC type of environment.
  • •Proficiency in design of plumbing and fire-fighting, with total experience of at least 10 years.
  • •Strong Revit experience and awareness of international codes (e.g., NFPA, ME codes, IPC).
  • •Well-versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and experience across commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects.
