Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by owning sales/KPI performance and using available store resources.
  • •Execute Brand Customer Service standards and consistently exhibit the Brand Attitude and Values to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • •Use seasonal brand and product knowledge to communicate features and benefits clearly during sales interactions.
  • •Maintain store operations including visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, processing deliveries, replenishing fixtures, and ensuring products are represented on the sales floor.
  • •Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and perform all store operations safely and effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
