Stage – Corporate M&A F/H 1 (Courbevoie, FR, 92400)

Contribute to Keolis’s Corporate M&A, Corporate & Governance team within the Legal, Compliance and Insurance department. You’ll support corporate law activities (shareholder meetings, corporate structures, intragroup conventions, governance best practices), and assist M&A work including NDAs, indicative/firm offers, acquisition/cession contracts, due diligence support, and legal research. Ideal for a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in an international group.
