Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the entire materials management process from onshore preparation through offshore mobilization, execution, and final demobilization.
  • •Develop project-specific material management procedures and review/improve processes to match project scope and close gaps.
  • •Oversee procurement, tracking, storage, issuance, and certification of materials, tools, and equipment, including Bag & Tag execution and preservation/reconciliation.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery, including validating procurement lists, monitoring stock and shortages, supporting offshore teams, and responding to AMRs.
  • •Handle logistics and documentation for sea transport (customs documents, cargo load-outs, offshore material status/issuance notes), and reconcile RTS documentation and final inventory at closeout while leading the material and logistics team.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in material and logistics coordination for offshore operations.
  • •Understanding of the Offshore Oil and Gas/Energy/EPCI sector.
  • •Understanding of logistics/transportation to KSA by road, air, and sea.
  • •Capable with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Valid offshore training certifications and a diploma in a related discipline (or equivalent), plus logistics/supply chain certification.
