Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through value-added cost management services.
  • •Estimate, negotiate, and manage change orders for MEPS, process utility, and critical infrastructure systems throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and present cost plans, estimates, and budgets; develop and update cost plans across design and construction phases.
  • •Review and reconcile cost changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements, including preparing written executive summaries of contractor cost submissions.
  • •Perform cost checks, valuations, verification, audits, and financial compliance processes; manage cost variances, change control, and contingency/commitment/cost impact tracking logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, cost planning, value management, value engineering, and construction delivery methodologies.
