Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, calibrate, validate, and commission medical imaging equipment at customer sites within the Midwest zone
  • •Perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site repair as needed
  • •Provide on-site training for clinicians and technologists on operation, safety, and QA procedures
  • •Collaborate with field service, project management, and customers to ensure project timelines and acceptance criteria are met
  • •Assist with safety and quality documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies

Key Requirements

  • •Experience installing and commissioning medical imaging equipment (e.g., MRI/CT/Ultrasound) in healthcare environments
  • •Ability to travel within the Midwest zone and work at customer sites

  • •Ability to train customers and clinical staff on equipment operation and maintenance
