Job Summary

Support daily facility and delivery operations at an Austin location by transporting materials between buildings, completing facility service requests, and handling work orders in ticketing systems. Assist with hands-on building support such as furniture assembly, workspace setup, wall mounting, minor repairs, and organizing storage/common areas. Help on larger setup projects, support preventative maintenance, and participate in on-call emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled and urgent material/supply deliveries between company buildings.
•Load, unload, transport, and stage materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
•Complete facility service requests and JIRA tickets in a timely manner.
•Handle general facility support tasks including furniture assembly, workspace setup, wall mounting, minor repairs, and building upkeep.
•Participate in on-call rotation and assist with emergency facility response when required.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•0–2 years of experience in facilities support, construction support, warehouse operations, delivery services, or related hands-on work is preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to safely drive company or rental vehicles.
•Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools, and to operate forklifts or obtain certification if required.
•Basic computer skills to update work-order or ticketing systems and willingness to follow direction independently.
