Build and maintain the systems that power revenue operations, owning Salesforce configuration and cross-stack workflows across Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, and HubSpot. Lead major GTM redesigns like account hierarchy rebuilds and lead-routing changes, resolve day-to-day requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and use AI tools and agents to automate repetitive GTM work while standing behind what you ship.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain Salesforce fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts.
•Draft and own routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack, with sign-off for nontrivial changes.
•Lead execution on major system redesigns including account hierarchy, opportunity/product data model, lead routing, and customer lifecycle.
•Identify repetitive, rules-based GTM workflows and automate them with AI agents in partnership with Engineering.
•Resolve day-to-day requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, including data cleanup, field changes, workflow fixes, and routing/scheduling issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack (LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents).
•Strong hands-on ability to build and maintain Salesforce components such as fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
•Experience designing and owning routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack.
•AI-capable: you use AI tools daily to build faster and can stand behind every output.
•Good communication and collaboration skills, including flagging status/risk early and knowing when to involve specialists.
