Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Salesforce fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts.
  • •Draft and own routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack, with sign-off for nontrivial changes.
  • •Lead execution on major system redesigns including account hierarchy, opportunity/product data model, lead routing, and customer lifecycle.
  • •Identify repetitive, rules-based GTM workflows and automate them with AI agents in partnership with Engineering.
  • •Resolve day-to-day requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, including data cleanup, field changes, workflow fixes, and routing/scheduling issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack (LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Hex, or equivalents).
  • •Strong hands-on ability to build and maintain Salesforce components such as fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • •Experience designing and owning routing and workflow configuration across the GTM stack.
  • •AI-capable: you use AI tools daily to build faster and can stand behind every output.
  • •Good communication and collaboration skills, including flagging status/risk early and knowing when to involve specialists.
