•Provide daily management and leadership of assigned resources, including schedule adherence, productivity, training, and departmental goals.
•Create and use a cross-training matrix, mentor personnel, and deploy teams for cross-functional problem solving to improve efficiency and product quality.
•Drive Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost performance; when targets are missed, develop and execute credible recovery plans with the team.
•Review daily demand and production capacity constraints, optimize production schedules, and manage shop-floor workflow using KPIs and daily reporting.
•Coordinate manufacturing activities across multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality Control, to address procurement/tooling needs and resolve rejected products and manufacturing discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Analytical/problem-solving ability with experience managing vendors, compliance, and audits; strong communication and computer skills (JDE, SAP, Microsoft Office).
