•Produce clear, high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Business Analyst within retail energy (e.g., billing, CIS, EDI, customer care).
•Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
•Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
•Experience producing structured consulting deliverables and documentation.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.
