Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth, including small business development and new client strategies for small business and mass affluent segments.
  • •Lead face-to-face client engagement, outbound calling, and prospecting routines to grow expertise and deliver performance.
  • •Represent Truist in civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs to prospect and build the Truist brand.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management; partner with IRM and operations; and lead human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education, training, or experience).
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience).

  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer registration and an applicable NMLS background check.
