Job Summary

Own culture and engagement programs across Tabby’s distributed, multi-hub workforce. Design and deliver hub events, team-building, and road trips that strengthen belonging; build scalable recognition and milestone moments; and lead branded merch end-to-end. Drive employee engagement through effective internal communications, partner across hubs on global people initiatives, and manage vendors and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand, including travel to support local initiatives.

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips to strengthen belonging and connection across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts).
•Own branded merch end-to-end, including concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive employee engagement and internal communications by advising on formats and best practices and creating repeatable initiatives.
•Lead cross-hub programs and manage external partners and budgets to deliver global people initiatives on time and on brand.
