Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of governance advisors to support enterprise-wide payment risk management aligned to business objectives.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Lines of Businesses, Operations, Product, Technology, and Risk Offices to integrate payment risk management into new products, use cases, and initiatives.
  • •Provide payments risk expertise and thought leadership, including perspectives on evolving technology, regulatory, and industry developments.
  • •Identify payment risk trends and drive insights on payment-type health while supporting risk mitigation opportunities.
  • •Transform the function from reactive advisory into a proactive partnership model by shifting team mindsets and enabling strategic, value-added solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in risk management, audit, or governance.
  • •At least 4 years of experience working in the financial industry.
  • •At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
