Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery to meet schedule, budget, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and global engineering teams to execute projects successfully.
  • •Manage customer, subcontractor, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure communication and contractual compliance.
  • •Monitor project performance, manage risks and mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with Thales project governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Bid Manager.

  • •Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • •Professional proficiency in English and availability to travel; IPMA (or equivalent) is a plus.
