Job Summary

Design and build large-scale, cloud-native applications that power the Risk Decision platform. Work in an agile team to own technical development for assigned applications, write quality code, and drive unit testing, test automation, and quality assurance in ongoing sprints. Build microservices and CI/CD pipelines, improve data pipeline efficiency and reliability, and collaborate cross-functionally while applying agentic AI/LLM capabilities to accelerate engineering workflows.

•Function as a member of an agile team and help drive consistent development and test practices.
•Own all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications.
•Focus on writing quality code, performing unit testing, and driving automated testing/quality assurance during ongoing sprints.
•Build microservices and improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines.
•Build CI/CD pipelines and automation for application changes and deployments, including refactoring and continuous support for application availability.

Salary: USD 103,750 - 174,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•6+ years of experience in software development and quality assurance.
•6+ years building large-scale distributed applications with object-oriented design using a Java-related stack.
•Expertise in Java, including data structures and common algorithms.
•Experience applying AI/LLM capabilities to improve software development workflows and familiarity with LLM-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Devin).
