Job Summary

Support the project team for MAF LifeStyle’s Real Estate & Projects Delivery portfolio by handling document control, project tracking, and coordination with internal and external consultants, suppliers, and contractors. Maintain the project portfolio tracker, track tender exercises under the Project Manager’s guidance, update financial forecasts, and ensure deadlines are met while responding to queries per the SLA.

•Review project phases are documented and ensure supporting documents are archived.

•Coordinate order placement for consultants and contractors and manage timely responses to queries per the SLA.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Administration is preferred, ideally in a built environment subject, with a relevant professional qualification.
•AX and MS Office certification.
•3-5 years of experience with project administration.
•SAP system experience is a plus.
