Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Cull unthrift chicks from the chick line to help send healthy chicks to broilers.
  • •Clean and sanitize incubation machines and surrounding facility areas, including hallways, plenum hallway, and drains.
  • •Complete physical work activities such as standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • •Perform assigned duties as directed by the supervisor.
