Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple smaller-scale equipment projects concurrently, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and project activities.
  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish project parameters, and follow standardized procedures for equipment supply-only execution.
  • •Perform project administration including equipment order entry, purchase order issuance, work order generation, document coordination, and maintaining project records.
  • •Communicate project updates with customers and their representatives, and use estimated ship dates to align with customer/contractor schedules.
  • •Monitor forecasted cost at completion and assist with project expense control, including progress billing coordination and collections support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,300 - 120,084.99 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • •Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply and are evaluated on practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles.
  • •Fluency in French and English.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment (preferred).
  • •Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.
