Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement hermetic, deterministic build pipelines that produce reproducible artifacts for platform modules.
  • •Build and maintain an artifact registry with content-addressable storage and provenance capabilities, including SLSA attestation and SBOM generation.
  • •Create a GitOps-based deployment engine that reconciles each site to its target Manifest state with canary-to-global rollouts and automatic rollback on SLO violations.
  • •Implement version set governance: define, validate, and promote locked module-version combinations, and enforce semantic versioning with compatibility verification.
  • •Automate regulated deployment compliance evidence generation (audit trails, SBOMs, change records) and improve dependency-driven orchestration for startup ordering, reliability, and DR failover.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure toolchain development, supporting 500+ services or 100+ engineers.
  • •Deep hands-on build systems experience, including designed/operated pipelines that produce reproducible artifacts.
  • •Experience building dependency graph tooling and using it for impact analysis and selective testing.
  • •Experience designing and operating version governance systems (BOM/Manifest models, compatibility matrices, constraint solving).
  • •Production GitOps deployment experience across multi-cluster/multi-region environments with strong Kubernetes expertise (Controllers, Operators, CRDs).
