Job Summary

Lead daily client service and sales performance as part of the retail team, creating an experience aligned with the brand’s luxury ethos. Drive individual and store baseline goals across key metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture), coach and help develop associates through roleplay and feedback, support training with the Store Manager, and ensure strong visual merchandising and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
•Plan and prioritize with initiative, champion change, and take responsibility for assigned tasks and deadlines.
•Help teach training content through roleplay and coaching, support associate training under the Store Manager, and complete quarterly personal goalsetting.
•Use strong written and verbal communication, adapt communication to the team, provide coaching/feedback, and collaborate effectively with the team while deescalating situations calmly.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, manage timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain Tumi University Training, and execute excellent client experience and visual merchandising directives.

•Be flexible to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays, and be able to perform in-store tasks including lifting/pushing up to 30 pounds and using a ladder.
