Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, including setting performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, writing performance reviews, and initiating performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • •Lead clinical instructor and supervisor meetings and peer consultation as needed.
  • •Design, deliver, and review live internal trainings and training resources for a multidisciplinary provider team.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for e-learning course content in collaboration with instructional designers, including reviewing and auditing e-learning and fidelity rubrics.
  • •Provide evidence-based supervision and fidelity reviews, review session recordings, deliver live feedback, and complete related administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health or related field.
  • •Licensed in a clinical mental health field in at least one state, eligible for licensure in additional states.
  • •Minimum 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments.
  • •Experience as a people manager, including evaluations, performance reviews, and professional development conversations.
  • •Completion of training in Equip’s modalities (CBT-E, FBT, CBT-AR) with mastery in at least one; expertise in CBT-E preferred, plus at least 2 years practicing the modality of expertise.
