Job Summary

Support delivery of finance services to the Marketing business within the Finance Services team. Manage and improve Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes, including payments, receipts, invoicing activities, and accurate transaction recording in line with financial controls. Partner with Risk, Group Shared Services, and Finance to operate robust controls, optimize workflows, eliminate manual intervention, and improve reporting. Assist with GST returns.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Finance Operations for Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC), including vendor/customer payments, approving payments, raising invoices, and ensuring transactions are recorded per controls and accounting policies.
•Work with Risk, Group Shared Services, and Finance to formulate, implement, and operate robust controls, including documentation of key Finance Operations processes in line with UKCR requirements.
•Design, execute, and optimize processes to communicate transaction information to GSS while ensuring workflow control adherence and eliminating manual intervention.
•Support data capture through ITP and ITC to enable commercial decisions and new business initiatives.
•Support transactional activity in relevant systems and assist with preparation of GST returns.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
•Proven experience managing or supporting Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes.
•Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and accounting policies.
•Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
•Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Shared Service teams.
