Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Finance Operations for Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC), including vendor/customer payments, approving payments, raising invoices, and ensuring transactions are recorded per controls and accounting policies.
  • •Work with Risk, Group Shared Services, and Finance to formulate, implement, and operate robust controls, including documentation of key Finance Operations processes in line with UKCR requirements.
  • •Design, execute, and optimize processes to communicate transaction information to GSS while ensuring workflow control adherence and eliminating manual intervention.
  • •Support data capture through ITP and ITC to enable commercial decisions and new business initiatives.
  • •Support transactional activity in relevant systems and assist with preparation of GST returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • •Proven experience managing or supporting Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes.
  • •Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and accounting policies.
  • •Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • •Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Shared Service teams.
