Job Summary

Lead finance business partnering for assigned manufacturing sites, partnering with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership. Manage annual strategic plans and budgeting, drive accurate weekly forecasting, analyze plant operation results and variances, and monitor performance to reduce costs. Partner with Accounting and FP&A to support internal and external reporting, and lead a small team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Area General Manager(s) to provide financial expertise and operational leadership for manufacturing sites.
•Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and the budgeting process for assigned area(s).
•Ensure weekly forecasting is accurate and provide visibility into likely outcomes and actions to hit targets.
•Analyze and interpret plant operation results, evaluate variances, and monitor financial performance to drive cost reductions and cost control initiatives.
•Lead, coach, develop, and mentor a small team (1–3) of finance professionals and partner with Accounting and FP&A for reporting needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Advanced degrees, CMA, or CPA are a plus).
•Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•5+ years of manufacturing finance and/or cost accounting experience.
•Experience with data mining or planning applications.
•Experience with complex ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, SysPro, Sage); SAP S/4Hana preferred.
