Job Summary

Lead end-to-end product initiatives across Syarah’s automotive e-commerce platform. Own discovery-to-delivery, translating requirements into clear user stories and maintaining the backlog in Jira. Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, CX, and Marketing to analyze user behavior, optimize workflows and journeys, and run A/B tests. Define and report KPIs to measure product impact, identify gaps, and align stakeholders on scalable solutions.

•Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
•Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage the backlog in Jira

•Analyze data and user behavior to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and optimize workflows and journeys
