Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and hands-on build AI solutions for engineering operational processes including engineering planning/scheduling and NPI/PROLaunch execution support.
  • •Draft and check DFMEA/PFMEA consistency and provide engineering knowledge retrieval using RAG with citations.
  • •Implement AI workflows using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry, including prompt logic, agent workflows, data preparation, orchestration, and error handling.
  • •Develop end-to-end AI solutions and integrate them into Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or existing engineering tools.
  • •Pilot AI tools with engineers, collect feedback, iterate for usability/reliability/value, and support documentation, demos, and enablement.

  • •4–7 years of experience in software development, automation, or digital solution engineering.
