Support IT leadership by gathering business needs and translating them into requirements for scalable business processes and technical solutions. Partner with managed service providers to drive continuous improvement, oversee delivery from requirements through testing, and ensure enterprise application development and integration meet functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with architects, software vendors, and stakeholders to manage project execution, documentation, operating procedures, and service performance in a hybrid IT environment.

•Participate in strategy and business unit discussions to capture business needs and prioritize requirements.
•Develop requirements for new systems using workflows and diagrams, and validate business and technical requirements throughout delivery.
•Partner with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and support enterprise application development and integration.
•Oversee managed service provider performance, including issue escalation, problem management, and change management.
•Support design, build, testing, and maintenance of applications; assist with coding/testing activities and produce technical documentation, test plans, and deployment activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,600 - 109,300 annually

Key Requirements
