Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop production schedules to meet finished-goods requirements while minimizing changeovers, downtime, and inventory.
  • •Schedule freight for finished goods shipments to customers.
  • •Plan, schedule, and procure manufacturing materials; review schedules for changes; expedite supplier deliveries; generate production work orders.
  • •Maintain minimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, including supporting material obsolescence decisions and purging obsolete inventory.
  • •Streamline ERP & planning processes using systems and data, and support planning automation and improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Oracle and APS experience (highly preferred).
  • •At least three years of production scheduling experience (preferred).
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • •Background in process improvement (a plus).
  • •Ability to support inventory management, scheduling changes, and planning automation/improvement projects.
