Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and implement client development strategies to expand corporate client coverage, market share, and new clients in target industries.
  • •Achieve annual business performance targets for deposits, interest income, fee-based income, and cross-border referral.
  • •Deepen cooperation with existing clients to drive cross-selling and up-selling and increase share of wallet across corporate banking products.
  • •Perform financial analysis, industry research, and credit risk assessment, completing credit investigation and delivering risk judgment for corporate projects.
  • •Monitor portfolio asset quality, proactively identify client business risks, and propose risk prevention and resolution plans while ensuring KYC/AML/CDD compliance.
  • •Collaborate with internal departments and mentor junior relationship managers to improve team business capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • •8+ years of solid work experience in corporate banking or commercial banking, with experience in corporate client relationship management and business development.
  • •Excellent business negotiation, business development, and client communication skills with corporate senior management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and strong corporate financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and project underwriting capabilities.
  • •Strong problem-solving, pressure resistance, and professional integrity with a collaborative mindset.
