Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
•Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and address hiring challenges.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines across key functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
•Develop sourcing strategies and use market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent.
