Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead critical employee listening, engagement, and culture initiatives across the Qantas Group.
  • •Drive enterprise-wide employee listening programs and deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
  • •Turn data into action by running annual engagement surveys and related listening initiatives.
  • •Analyse workforce trends and engagement data to develop executive-level insight packs and influence stakeholders.
  • •Act as a custodian of culture and engagement frameworks to improve employee experience continuously.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in organisational development, employee experience, employee engagement, culture, change, or a related People function within a large organisation.
  • •Lead employee listening, workforce insight, or engagement programs from strategy through implementation with measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • •Qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, business, change management, or a related discipline.
