Build trusted client relationships by engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually while applying a digital-first approach. •Provide consistent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and completing service requests.
•Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications, educating clients on self-service and emerging digital products.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 4 to 5 years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
•Maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including required criminal background and credit checks.
•Proven ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
