Build strong relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide tailored banking guidance. Assess customers’ needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products that align to goals. Deliver an optimal client experience through greetings, basic transactions, account openings, service requests, and credit applications, while using a digital-first mindset and educating clients on self-service tools. Partner with branch teams to serve customers with accuracy and operational excellence.
