Job Summary

Platform Operations Sr. Consultant responsible for planning, deploying, and supporting the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. Leads technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting, while coordinating with customer IT teams, scripting with Falcon APIs, and ensuring successful deployment across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Travel up to 25% and enable seamless integration with existing tools to support security operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications.
•Assist customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform and integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools.
•Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises and develop scripting/application solutions using Falcon APIs.
•Plan customer projects, track status, and work closely with customer IT teams to ensure successful deployments.
•Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors and develop customer-facing collateral with Platform Operations team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
•Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
•Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
•Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
•Experience building collaborative relationships and presenting technical content to varied audiences
