Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications.
  • •Assist customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform and integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools.
  • •Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises and develop scripting/application solutions using Falcon APIs.
  • •Plan customer projects, track status, and work closely with customer IT teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • •Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors and develop customer-facing collateral with Platform Operations team.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
  • •Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
  • •Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  • •Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • •Experience building collaborative relationships and presenting technical content to varied audiences
