Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic oversight of the investment business and embed a robust sales culture with disciplined execution.
  • •Lead Investment Counsellor and Investment Product Specialist teams with clear direction, performance management, and capability development.
  • •Improve the end-to-end sales process to increase productivity, consistency, and client outcomes.
  • •Ensure sales quality and discipline aligned with regulatory requirements and HSBC standards, including suitability, documentation, and governance.
  • •Manage team performance through coaching, regular reviews, and targeted development actions.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration or relevant field, preferably with CFA, CFP or CFMP.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the financial services industry, including strong investment product knowledge.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in a team management role within investment sales.
  • •Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations.
  • •Proven sales leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus English and Chinese proficiency (Putonghua an advantage).
