Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of HACCP implementation and sanitation experience in a food processing plant.
  • •Broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs; strong process/product knowledge of fresh meat products.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of food plant sanitation and basic food microbiology.
  • •HACCP/HARPC certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) and supervisory experience preferred.
