Key Responsibilities

  • •Scale and lead the clinical team while maintaining high-quality care, including supervision of the physician and APP team.
  • •Build clinical quality management using metrics and analytical rigor to drive performance through technology, process, and coaching.
  • •Champion an interdisciplinary care model with dietitians, therapists, and other provider types to define how disciplines work together.
  • •Partner with Product and Operations to translate frontline insights into processes and product improvements for patients.
  • •Provide direct clinical care to patients on the Nourish platform while supporting the expansion of visit types, provider types, and service lines.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of experience after medical school, with a mix of strong clinical practice and operational/analytical work.
  • •Fluency in the medical management of cardiometabolic disease, with a consistently high standard of care.
  • •Experience managing clinicians, including the ability to coach and provide hard 1:1 feedback when needed.
  • •Ability to use data for decision-making, weighing quantitative and qualitative inputs appropriately.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership qualities, building trust and warmth across multidisciplinary teams.
